Where do you ship from?

We ship out of both New York and Ottawa.

How long does shipping take?

All of our orders take 2-4 days to process. We need this time to print your order. Shipping varies based on your location and shipping method.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking. Please note if you're Canadian and opt for Standard Shipping, it doesn't include tracking but you'll still get a email stating it's been shipped.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Canada and United States.

What carrier do you use?

We use Canada Post and USPS.
